Gift Certificate

For security reasons Gift Certificates cannot be used immediately. There is a manual process involved. Similar to other products, Gift Certificates are processed by us once we receive notification your purchase and payment. When this happens, we will release the gift certificate value into your account upon which, you will be sent a notice.

Once you receive this notice, you can then come to FirenzaBeads.com and send various amounts to others or use it for yourself.

If the Gift Certificate value (GV) is not used up in a single purchase, then the remainder will be stored in the recipient customer's account and can be used for other purchases. The remainder amount cannot be reassigned or "gifted" to another unless another Gift Certificate is purchased with the remaining funds.

NOTE: Firenza Beads does NOT expire your GV amounts, and will remain in ones account until used.
